All these aspects result in the death of Satyanarayan. As well as, Savitri decides not to fall as a burden, so, she leaves the house. That is heisted by Chandan which Gauri again steals and Banwari misuses it for his profligacy. Meanwhile, Satyanarayan fixes an alliance for Savitri, with a wealthy Kishanlal's son Ramesh, and raises the fund. Parallelly, a foxy Bankelal one that resembles Giridhari Lal conspires with a goon David, and abducts and forges as him but avail to open his locker. Chandan becomes a spoilt brat by mingling with a ruffian Ringo. Furthermore, she unwaveringly shares their pains when Prakash falls for her. During that time, Radha in disguise joins as a servant at his residence. Since Prakash fails to fetch a job, he turns into an ironsmith that is despised by his family but he respects the dignity of labor. Overseeing it, Radha admires him, challenges her father to live a hard life, and quits the house. In an interview, Girdhari Lal mocks Prakash when he uprisings on him. Once, he squabbles with a girl Radha daughter of multimillionaire Giridhari Lal who is a snobbish and cheapskate. Prakash is a well-educated unemployed youth. Additionally, his parasite brother-in-law Banwari & sister Gauri cling to and pester for their dowry. The film begins with a bourgeoisie family, its paterfamilias Satyanarayan struggles hard for their survival which consists of his wife Lakshmi, an old mother, two sons Prakash & Chandan, and two daughters Savitri & Tulasi.
